The company Ionian Sun Properties with founder Georgios Giannoulis is based in the northeastern part of Zakynthos. The owner was born and operates there and is very familiar with the area and its inhabitants.
Of course, in real estate he undertakes properties and also finds properties all over the island just as satisfactorily for his clients.
The company has as its first object the hotel business, or the hospitality business. Until recently he was the owner of a luxury villa which he built entirely from scratch. The villa has now been sold in order to develop the business. He will soon build another accommodation on land he has already purchased.
The second object of the company is general cleaning of interior and exterior areas , pool gardens etc. in villas in the area.
Third object is property management. We will specialize just but provide any service the property needs. The company has many years of experience in property management and adds value to the luxury properties it works with.
